Privacy Policy

Android application · Developer Chandra Shekhar
Effective 25 August 2026 · Version 1.1

This app collects nothing.

It requests no permissions, has no internet access, contains no analytics, no advertising and no third-party code that reports anywhere. Nothing you do in it is transmitted to the developer or to anyone else.

The single exception is the Share control. If you tap it, Android’s share sheet offers a score card — the paper and the score, nothing else — and you choose where it goes. The app has no network access of its own: that handover is performed by Android, only when you ask for it, and only to the app you pick.

No data is shared with anyone, because none is gathered in the first place. There is no account to create, no sign-in, and no server belonging to the developer that this app can reach.

What is stored on your device

Your study progress stays on your phone. The record itself is never sent anywhere — what the Share control sends is a score, not any of this:

This information lives in the app's private storage, which the Android operating system keeps inaccessible to other apps. It is not backed up to any service by the developer. Uninstalling the app removes it.

Permissions

The app declares no Android permissions at all — not internet, not storage, not notifications. You can verify this yourself rather than take it on trust: open Play Store → the app's listing → About this app → App permissions, or on your phone Settings → Apps → Shree Hari JAIIB CAIIB CS → Permissions. Both should show none.

Deleting your data

The app has an Erase All Data control in its settings, which clears your progress, schedule and scores immediately and permanently. Uninstalling the app has the same effect. The developer holds no copy of anything, so there is no erasure request to send and no one to send it to. Anything you chose to share through the Share control sits wherever you sent it, and is yours to delete there.

Children

The app is study material for professional banking examinations and is intended for adults preparing for them. It is not directed at children, and since it collects no data, it collects none from anyone of any age.

This website

This page is hosted on GitHub Pages and is a single self-contained file. It loads nothing at all — no fonts, no scripts, no analytics, no trackers, and not even the icon above, which is embedded in the page itself. GitHub may record ordinary server information such as your IP address when you visit, under GitHub's own privacy statement. That is a property of the hosting, not of the app, and it happens only when you open this page.

Legal basis

The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 governs the processing of digital personal data in India. This app processes none, so the obligations that attach to a data fiduciary do not arise. The same is true of comparable laws elsewhere, including the GDPR, for the same reason.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app ever changes what it handles, this page will be updated before that version is published, and the effective date above will change. The revision history of this page is public at the repository that hosts it, so any change can be seen and dated.
